NDB Construction Limited was founded in 1985 through its extensive work for the ‘House of Fraser Group’ in Kensington.
The company swiftly established itself as a leading subcontractor and since the mid 1990s has expanded and developed from being
a predominantly labour only subcontractor to becoming a main contractor in its own right.

The prime objectives of the Company have always been its commitment to quality and reliability and to a consistently high standard of workmanship. Such values have enabled NDB to
gain considerable experience working in high profile Government buildings and other prestigious institutions throughout London.
As the Company’s turnover has continued to grow so has it’s organisational expertise both in terms of financial controls and construction management. This in turn has led to the ability to deliver constantly high levels of customer satisfaction.

Above all, NDB’s major strength lies in the skill, experience and dedication of up to one hundred staff, some of whom have been
